**Descrição**:
- Suportar a manutenção e criação de dashboards de dados
- Auxiliar no monitoramento das pesquisas de satisfação do cliente, bem como das manifestações em diferentes canais, acompanhando o desempenho e contribuindo com as ações de retroalimentação da empresa.
- Apoiar na realização de análises e na elaboração de relatórios e apresentações para tomada de decisões de negócio nas áreas técnicas da empresa, ajudando a identificar oportunidades de melhoria e inovação na experiência do cliente.
- Atuar como ponto de contato entre as equipes de TI e negócios, contribuindo para que os projetos de tecnologia focados na experiência do cliente atendam as necessidades operacionais e estratégicas da empresa.
**Requisitos**:
- Escolaridade obrigatória: Ensino médio completo
- Escolaridade desejável: Cursando Graduação em Administração, Tecnologia, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas afins.
- Experiência desejável: Análise de dados, Customer Experience, DAX, SQL e Python
