Assistente Administrativo SVC
RESUMO
Executar tarefas administrativas ligadas à rotina e procedimentos da área, bem como acompanhar e controlar os processos e mantêm atualizados os relatórios e documentos respectivos à área de atuação, organização de arquivos, atendimento de telefones, elaboração de gráficos demonstrativos, atualização de mapas de controle, seguindo orientação de seu superior.
PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES
Realizar serviços e rotinas administrativos da Operação como, atualizações de informações em bases de dados no sistema TMS-ORION (Sistema de gerenciamento de Transporte interno da Empresa); Preencher e emitir comprovantes de entregas, relatórios diversos, emissão de Notas Fiscais e CTRC (Conhecimento de Transporte);
Apoiar os superiores em suas solicitações, através da operação de sistemas e aplicativos, digitação, registros e contatos, para contribuir para a efetividade dos processos, observando a precisão e qualidade da informação e de serviços;
Coletar informações para preenchimento das planilhas de Indicadores da área;
Eventualmente, poderá desembaraçar receber e/ou distribuir materiais, documentos e informações específicas a setores ou pessoas autorizadas, mediante solicitação de cargos superiores, em alinhamento aos objetivos organizacionais;
Preencher relatório de acompanhamento diário (Quantidade recebida de veículo/ peças e embalamento de peças em todos os setores;
Análisar as solicitações de Notas Fiscais e outros documentos pertinentes à área e prazos de entregas nos Clientes;
Elaborar apresentações para demonstrações de custos de transportes mensais para a Empresa e responsável da área;
Fazer correções e emissão de AR’s;
Auxiliar na analisar relatório de Controle Portaria (recebimento);
Auxiliar no calcular cargas de transportes visando a diminuição dos custos para nosso Cliente;
Executar outras atividades inerentes e correlatas ao cargo
**Requisitos**:
Ensino Médio Completo, cursando Superior será considerado um diferencial;
Pacote Office Básico;
Disponibilidade de horário e escala 6x1;
Estar na posição atual há no mínimo 01 ano na CEVA;
Possuir cargo igual ou um nível inferior ao anunciado nessa vaga;
Boa comunicação (verbal e escrita);
Foco em resultado, Organização, Gestão de Tempo e Disponibilidade;
Será analisado a quantidade de faltas (justificadas e injustificadas) e atrasos dos últimos 6 meses;
Será analisado a quantidade e motivos das medidas disciplinares dos últimos 6 meses;
Atender a todos os pré-requisitos mandatórios da vaga, descritos acima;
