Customer Success Manager (CSM) é o profissional que realiza o atendimento das empresas clientes e as orienta no uso do produto ou serviço.

**O que você vai fazer?**
- Analisar a saúde da carteira;
- Identificar oportunidades de upsell, cross sell;
- Criar planos de ação para clientes em zona de risco;
- Monitorar e executar ajustes contratuais;
- Criar e acompanhar os planos de sucesso;
- Criar e atualizar materiais de boas práticas e cases de clientes;
- Fazer treinamento para os clientes;
- Realizar EBRs com clientes demonstrando valor alcançado. Além de outras atividades pertinentes à área.
