RecargaPay, the payments app for all Brazilians, is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Experience Assistant I to join our team. At RecargaPay, we strive to empower individuals and small businesses to take control of their financial lives. Our mission is to democratize mobile payments and financial services in Brazil with convenience, security, and without waiting in lines. As a Customer Experience Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience when using our app. You will be the first point of contact for customers who need assistance and will work closely with our customer experience team to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with technical problems and account inquiries.
- Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Create and maintain customer records and documents.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product features and enhancements.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English, both oral and written.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience handling customer complaints and resolving customer issues.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts.
- Familiarity with mobile apps and technology.
