**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
Provide high-level executive support for Brazil MDPs, Partners and Principals. Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment while also working as part of the Brazil Business Services Team.
**BASIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Provide high-level Executive support for assigned consulting staff executives
- Manage complex calendars with an understanding of business priorities
- Arrange client, case team, and other meetings
- Anticipate and coordinate executives’ point-to-point travel needs handle and direct inbound phone calls
- Conduct research and gather information from public sources across multiple industries; synthesize and package results
- Prepare and submit executives time and expense reports
- Maintain and manage organized contact list of the assigned executives
- Provide backup support to other executives as needed support committee and practice area administrative needs
**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
- 2-6 years of related experience
- Related experience, specifically experience supporting individuals at the executive level strongly preferred
- Must be proficient in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365
- Overtime may be required
- Infrequent travel may be required
**YOU'LL WORK WITH**:
Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
**KEY COMPETENCIES**:
- Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through; perform tasks with high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, to take initiative and to overcome obstacles

- Demonstrates respect for all individuals at all times
- Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment and to interpret rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance the business and in keeping with BCG’s values and culture
- Experience working successfully within a complex matrix structured organization is essential
