**Responsabilidades**:

- Realizar o onboarding e treinamento de novos clientes, garantindo uma experiência positiva e suave desde o início;
- Fornecer suporte e assistência aos clientes, solucionando dúvidas, oferecendo orientação técnica e resolvendo problemas de forma eficiente e profissional;
- Monitorar e acompanhar o progresso dos clientes, avaliando o engajamento e a satisfação, e tomando medidas proativas para garantir seu sucesso contínuo;
- Analisar métricas e indicadores-chave de desempenho, identificando tendências e oportunidades de melhoria, e fornecer insights aos clientes para otimizar o uso de nossas soluções;
- Contribuir para a renovação de contratos e a retenção de clientes, identificando oportunidades de upsell ou cross-sell, demonstrando o valor contínuo de nossos produtos e serviços;
- Coletar feedback dos clientes e transmitir informações relevantes às equipes internas, colaborando no aprimoramento de nossas soluções e processos.
- Educar nossos clientes no uso de nossas ferramentas e soluções;
- Gerar Cases de sucesso da Azapfy;
**Requisitos**:

- Experiência anterior em um cargo relacionado a Customer Success é **desejável**;
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita;
- Orientação para o cliente, empatia e habilidades interpessoais sólidas;
- Capacidade de resolver problemas de forma eficiente e tomar decisões embasadas;
- Conhecimento básico em tecnologia e interesse em aprender sobre nossa plataforma;
- Graduação completa ou em andamento em áreas relacionadas será considerada uma vantagem.
- Experiência no mercado logístico é algo que nos chama a atenção.
