**Exigências Técnicas**
- Formação nível superior Engenharia Civil, mecânica ou metalúrgica
- Gestão de Processos e produtos;
- Capacidade de negociação com transportadoras;
- Desenvolver Clientes;
- Capacidade de negociação com clientes;
- Conhecimento de dados fiscais;
- Gestão de precificação de produtos e serviços;
- Gestão de dados de clientes em Sites exclusivos;
- Experiência com auditorias internas/externas;
- Capacidade para adquirir conhecimento sobre os produtos/materiais;
- Conhecimento no sistema SAP (preferencialmente);
- Inglês Avançado;
- Pacote Office.

**Breve descrição das atividades**
- Efetuar propostas comerciais e elaboração de preços das cotações solicitadas pelos clientes internos e externos, a fim de assegurar a disponibilidade de informações e dados de vendas aos clientes.
- Efetuar os registros em sistema interno SAP dos pedidos enviados pelos clientes internos e externos, a fim de assegurar a disponibilidade de informações e dados de vendas aos clientes, monitorar proativamente as ordens de venda (não confirmadas, datas de aceite, saldos, bloqueio financeiro, limite de crédito, pagamento antecipado).
- Atuar de forma imediata nas demandas diversas, tais como: alteração de pedidos, consultas de prazos, entre outras solicitações vindas de: Clientes, Área de Vendas (Executivos de Negócios, Engenheiro de Vendas e Representantes Comerciais), Área de Planejamento, Logística e Áreas Fabris em geral, tomando e resolvendo ações proativas com as informações solicitadas, visando o bom andamento e atendimento juntos os clientes internos e externos.
- Monitorar acertos em carteiras de vendas referentes a preços mediantes atualizações das fichas comerciais/ proposta revisadas, com finalidade de adequação da tabela comercial.
- Contribuir para a solução das ocorrências diversas de clientes, por meio de registro (OC), classificação correta da causa e gestão do processo até o encerramento, de acordo com as práticas da qualidade.
- Analisar semanalmente relatórios gerados pelo sistema interno SAP, de sobras causadas por desistências e/ou devoluções de clientes com o intuito de amenizar prejuízos e o cumprimento de metas estabelecidas.
- Acompanhar a solução de problemas, por meio de análise de dados extraídos do SAP relativos a questões técnicas, comerciais, financeira e logística, tomando providências, quando necessário.

**Salário e benefícios da vaga**

Salário Mensal: R$ 4.770,01

Horário de trabalho: 08:00 às 17:00 de segunda a sexta-feira

**Local de Trabalho**: Osasco

Regime de trabalho: Híbrido
