At Danfoss Gmbh, we are seeking a skilled Sales Administration Business Partner to establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers. This role is responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring their requirements are met, and driving satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales orders from initial processing through to final delivery.
  • Collaborate with the planning team to analyze backorder items and contribute to their resolution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email using our CRM System.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with other departments, including Fulfillment, Logistics, Finance, and Production.
  • Ensure compliance with internal rules and policies, as well as register commissions and prices.
  • Support forecast control for Key Accounts and act as a liaison for representatives, distributors, and sales teams.
  • Solve problems related to internal processes and customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • English language proficiency at an intermediate level.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
  • Familiarity with business processes and knowledge of SAP or similar systems, as well as CRM software.

About the Role:

This position offers a competitive salary of approximately €55,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on location and experience. At Danfoss Gmbh, we value our employees and strive to provide a positive work environment.
