Requisition ID: 33111- Job Location(s): Osasco, BRThe **Sales Driver Lifecycle Business** will be part of the Lifecycle business team.

In the position of Sales Driver Lifecycle Business LAM you will be responsible for the Lifecycle Business (LCB) Profit & loss, within defined geography, based on the overall Service strategy.

You will be the main contact point for strategy alignment with D1, D2, D3 and Lifecycle Business in D4.

You are known as an empowering leader, recognized for your excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, highly effective in large matrix organizations, capable of being both visionary and hands on when needed.

Preferred location is Brazil

Position requiring high engagement on regular business trip.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Responsible for driving growth, including strategic direction, within the Lifecycle scope of responsibility in defined geography owning the P&L in the respective countries;
- Represent Sales & Marketing and market needs within Lifecycle Business;
- Support business case development on new product opportunities or idea (incl. value proposition);
- Support Division/BU critical customers and channel partners/strategy incl. negotiations;
- Align with regional sales leader on sales and margin targets, investments/cost;
- Provide input/basis for sales price guidance with global sales/division/BU / Ensure special discounts are aligned with division/BU business priorities;
- Align with BU/division on roadmap based on product and supply chain requirements;
- Support Internal (Trainings, townhalls ) and External (Industry events, conferences );
- Define needs towards service delivery organization for future growth & customer satisfaction.

**Background & Skills**:

- Degree or higher in engineering, business, or a related field;
- Experience in related field of Sales Drivers and/or Business Development;
- Experience in country or regional leadership position (customer / commercial) in Drive business;
- Good analytical skills and execution oriented.
