**Job Description**:
Develop and implement digital strategy external and internally, driving the presence on the external web, intranet and social media in the country/region while managing the communications digital tools and videos.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement the local external web strategy. Including migrations, enhancements, integration of other tools, processes, guidelines, etc.
- Responsible of the PG local web structure with the objective of increasing the effectiveness of the website and improving its usability to better accommodate customer and market needs.
- Work together with Global Business Comms and support the BUs Countries/Regions to increase traffic and call-to-action responses on the website, intranet, social media channels and any digital tools.
- Responsible for the external web platform for local communications activities.
- Development of SEO and marketing automation strategy for the local web.
- Develop and implement the local intranet strategy. Including migrations, enhancements, processes, updates of content and structure to increase internal information flow, awareness of division activities and dialogue within the organization, and working together with all the different internal stakeholders.
- Implement local communications tool strategy (i.e. Blogs, surveys, podcasts, Yammer, newsletters, webinars, etc) if required.
- Manage the local communications tools - Set-up, implement enhancements, integration of other tools, development of processes and guidelines, etc.
- Provide support and training on the local communications tools.
- Execute digital communications activities for internal and external local events and align publication activities with all the rest of communications team.
- Develop and implement local social media strategy and support manage the channels.
- Align local social media activities.
- Create process and manage agencies for the creation of local videos.
- Manage the creation of local videos (from concept till publication) for the whole business.
- Film and edit videos and interviews.
- Responsible for the local digital tools used within the business.
- Coordinate the local development of animations and infographics and keep overall visibility across the business.
- Support the execution of the key events within the business.
- Review and support execution of the BUs digital comms plan on the web, intranet, digital tools and social media in the Countries/Regions.
- Facilitate the spreading of knowledge and information regarding new digital tools within the local organization. Train and on-board colleagues.
- Monitor (regular reports) and analyse the communication platforms and implement process and templates for the whole business.
- Key co-ordination between the region’s.
- Manage web and intranet posting and updates, video editing and production, social media channels, digital comms tools and analytics.
- Support execution of the BUs digital comms local activities.
- Internal customers: PG business.
- Efficiently work in matrix organization, personal influence, ability to activate and execute.
- Ever-evolving digital landscape and activities.
- Develop deep understanding of business needs, customer online behaviour and portfolio.
- Define targets and priorities independently.
- Support new team on different areas and time-zones.
Your background:
- Education: Complete higher education, preferably courses related to Digital Communication
- Languages: Advanced/fluent English and Spanish (required)
- Digital communications knowledge (web usability, social media strategy, digital tools strategy, analytics, SEO, etc.).
- B2B communications experience.
- Understanding of the business and its aims.
- A thorough knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques, Google analytics.
- Manage agencies.
- Video filming, production and editing.
- Relational skills at all levels.
- Reliable person with a strong commitment to speed and quality.
