Global Communications Content Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Content Manager to join our dynamic business team at H-E Parts. As a key member of our global communications team, you will be responsible for leading the external communications across geographies and stakeholders to maximize visibility and support our business strategy.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Content Strategies: Build effective media and content strategies across the full range of channels and formats to meet business goals, positioning, messaging houses, thought leadership, storytelling, etc.
- Coordinate Editorial Activities: Coordinate all editorial activities, including proofreading, editorial reviews, image and collateral selection, timelines, web and social media tagging.
- Ensure Excellence in Production: Ensure excellence in production and timely execution, ensuring global business content is delivered at the standard required.
- Support Content Placements: Support content placements in key media, draft briefings to address media inquiries and interview requests.
- Build and Maintain Collaboration: Build and maintain a culture of collaboration within the global communications team, business units, regions, and countries to produce relevant content that meets the needs of the internal and external audience.
- Employee Engagement: Create internal messaging narratives and articles, translate business strategy into employee-focused content.
- Project Management: Project manage and deliver high-quality content for special programs and initiatives.
About You:
- Master's Degree or Graduate-Level Certification: In communications, journalism, or a related field.
- Professional Work Experience: In a B2B communications environment, ideally with interest in technology, energy, and innovation.
- Experience with Cross-Function Communications: Understanding of the technology industry, employee needs, and digital communications channels.
- International Experience: Cross-cultural experience and proven understanding of digital communications channels.
- Strong Relationship Management Skills: With internal and external partners at all levels to achieve goals and drive performance.
- Self-Starter: Proven organizational skills and project management experience, passion for innovation and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
- Excellent Written and Oral English Language Skills: Required – other languages are a plus.
- Availability to Travel: Yes.
