**Sales Executive - Metals Industry**:

Responsible for the sales of systems/services within the Metals market, in line with the division strategy. Achieves both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. Responsible to identify and develop new sales opportunities.

**This position reports to**:
Account Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Sells products/systems/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profit-ability targets for the PAPI division.
- Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand their needs, promotes their understanding of ABB’s complete systems/ services offering, and aligns with them to provide a solution.
- Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Prepares sales plans using ABB authorized tools.
- Performs regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s), in case of any po-tential order shortfalls.
- Creates added value for the customer and ABB and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts, and proposals, by using effective sales techniques.
- Communicates to the customers about the details related to delivery time, pay-ments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.
- Ensures efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to cus-tomers.
- Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designat-ed market.
- Manages administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.
- Prepares offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and/or the Marketing Manager.
- Ensures appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers are in place, including prices and trading conditions.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's degree preferrable but not limited to engineering (electrical or automation).
- Solid sales experience is necessary.
- Availability to travel is a must.
- Knowledge of the metals segment is a plus.
- Knowledge of industrial automation is nice to have.
- Knowledge of digitalization is preferred.
- Language: Advanced English is necessary.
