Desenvolver um plano estratégico por cliente, sub franquia, especialidade e canal para alcançar os objetivos pré-estabelecidos, através da manutenção da base instalada, bem como oportunidades acionais ao plano e mitigação de riscos;
- Demonstrar o uso adequado dos produtos, bem como, sanar e/ou encaminhar dúvidas técnicas/científicas às área competentes. Acompanhar e orientar o uso de materiais em centro cirúrgico tanto para médicos cirurgiões e enfermeiras;
- Apresentar propostas técnicas de produtos, ressaltando os diferenciais técnicos e as relações custo x benefícios das nossas tecnologias;
- Demonstrar alta produtividade de vendas, planejando sua rotina semanal, atingindo a meta de visitas diárias e inserindo informações de qualidade nos sistemas de acompanhamento de vendas;
- Liderar e coordenar demandas com áreas funcionais e de suporte, buscando todo o suporte necessário com cada área específica;
- Realizar atividades de gestão de contratos, propostas, gestão de ativos nas contas;
- Cumprir os processos e procedimentos designados pela J&J, seguindo todas as regras de Compliance da J&J;
- Capacidade de estabelecer análises de precificação, impacto da precificação e volume entre diferentes tecnologias;
- Capacidade de construir Business Plan a médio prazo para clientes;
- Demonstrar conhecimento de economia na saúde baseada em valor, adaptando a estratégia do território e identificando oportunidades;
- Utiliza técnicas de negociação, garantindo a criação e execução de propostas comerciais que geram valor ao cliente;
- Capacidade de construir Business Plan a longo prazo para clientes complexos;
- Capacidade de liderar treinamentos de produtos/técnicas de vendas para equipes internas/externas.

**Qualifications**:

- Superior completo.
- Conhecimento do ambiente hospitalar.
- Experiência com Vendas será um diferencial;
- Desejável Inglês Intermediário.
- Bom conhecimento de ferramentas de Informática, como Excel, Word e Power Point.
- Carteira categoria B;
- Disponibilidade de viagem.
