**What you will do**:
- Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
- Effectively manage and follow up on the inquiries
- Always be up-to-date with the general market conditions
- Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
- Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services
- Continuously seek improvement to enhance the team's performance
**What you need to succeed in this role**:
- **Excellent Portuguese** **and upper intermediate English**:
- **Previous support experience in crypto and trading for at least 6 months is a must**:
- Knowledge of major crypto exchanges, wallets, and trading platforms
- Familiarity with common crypto trading terms and concepts
- Understanding of blockchain technology and how cryptocurrencies work
- Experience with Salesforce/Zendesk/Jira
- Analytical and research skills
- Strong communication skills
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
**Will be a great plus**:
- Financial/mathematical background
- Experience working with KPIs
