Position Overview:


  • We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Onsite Support Specialist to join our international team.


  • This role will provide front-end and presidential support for executives and staff members in both English and Portuguese.


  • The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.


  • As a bilingual professional, you will serve as a key point of contact for both local and international teams, contributing to an efficient, tech-enabled working environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide onsite technical support for end-users, ensuring quick resolution of hardware and software issues.


  • Act as the primary point of contact for presidential support, offering dedicated IT assistance to C-suite executives and senior management.


  • Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics of computer systems, networks, and other IT-related equipment.


  • Offer technical assistance in both English and Portuguese, ensuring effective communication and support for employees and executives.


  • Assist with the setup and configuration of devices for employees, including laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.


  • Maintain accurate records of service requests and resolutions, ensuring timely follow-ups and continuous improvement of support processes.


  • Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues and escalate when necessary.


  • Provide training and guidance on the use of software applications, hardware, and tools to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.


  • Support remote and hybrid work environments, ensuring that staff can work seamlessly from various locations.


  • Ensure a high standard of customer service and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.


  • Regularly update systems, software, and applications to keep operations running smoothly and securely.


  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive company or executive-related information.


Qualifications:


  • Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and verbal) is required.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.


  • Proven experience in an onsite support or IT support role, preferably in an international corporate setting.


  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and enterprise-level applications.


  • Experience with Windows, macOS, and common office productivity software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).


  • Familiarity with remote support tools, and mobile devices (smartphones, tablets).


  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.


  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


  • Ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure or time-sensitive situations, particularly when supporting senior executives.


  • High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality, especially when dealing with executive-level information.


Preferred Skills:


  • Experience working in an international company with diverse teams across multiple time zones.


  • Familiarity with cloud services (e.G., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise software applications.


  • Certifications in IT support (CompTIA A+, ITIL, etc.) are a plus.


Working Conditions:


  • Full-time, onsite position.


  • Occasional travel may be required to other company locations or for events.


  • Flexible working hours to support the global nature of the company, with some evening or weekend support as needed.
