Buscamos um profissional com prévia experiência como Analista de Suporte a Aplicações (Nível 2), com boa comunicação e conhecimentos em ferramentas de análise de ocorrências de suporte para sistemas.

**Vaga**: Support Analyst Júnior/ Pleno

**Remuneração**: De R$ 2.100 a R$ 3.300/mês + Benefícios da grade padrão (Seguro Saúde e Odontológico, Auxílio Mobilidade, Vale Refeição, As2 Academy, Happy-Day).

**Contratação**:CLT

**Forma de trabalho**:100% Remoto

**Horário**: Segundo Turno (das 14h às 23h45), de Segunda a Sexta-feira.

Principais Atividades:

- Atuar no atendimento de chamados de usuários quanto a problemas, dúvidas e ocorrências em sistema de controle de produção (será dado treinamento sobre o sistema e suas funcionalidades e arquitetura).
- Registrar e documentar ocorrências e chamados.
- Documentar evidências e análises para escalar o atendimento a Nível 3 quando a ocorrência não puder ter sido solucionada/ contencionada.
- Documentar processos e funcionalidades do sistema para apoio a treinamento de usuários.
- Participar de reuniões com o time de fábrica de software para elucidação das falhas e repasse das ocorrências registradas.
- Prestar atendimento imediato para sistemas de nível crítico (sistemas de controle de linha de produção industrial).
- Suportar a equipe de testes de software quanto a validação de novas entregas de funcionalidades, bem como receber treinamento para prestação de suporte a novas funcionalidades dos sistemas envolvidos.

**Requirements**:

- Superior ou curso técnico completo/ cursando em áreas correlatas (Ciências da Computação, Banco de Dados, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, etc);
- Boa comunicação, organização e senso de urgência nos atendimentos de chamados de aplicações críticas;
- Conhecimentos sólidos em atendimento de suporte, bem como documentação para detalhamento das ocorrências para chamados a serem escalados;
- Conhecimento em **SQL e bancos de dados **(Oracle, preferencialmente);
- Domínio de pacote Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Conhecimento desejável (não mandatório) em Docker, Grafana, Python, Devtools, RabbitMQ, Redis, Zipkin, Postman;
- **Experiência de atendimento a suportes de aplicações**/ sistemas (não Help-Desk e/ou informática);
- **Disponibilidade para atuar no segundo-turno **(horário de trabalho da vaga);
- **Disponibilidade para atuar remotamente de plantão** (quando necessário) em finais de semana (regime extra).
