**The Company**:
**Job Purpose**:
- Provides 1st Tier Technical Software Support. Handles customer request through ticket assignments and support phone. Also working on system deployments._
**Travel Requirements**:
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
- _Completes ticket within SLA timeframe and quality_
- _Handles the support phone_
- _Identifies customer needs and propose best approaches_
- _Learns Modular Mining core products_
- _Analyses issues and identify root causes_
- _Documents and escalate issues and business needs_
- _Deploys systems and patches_
- _Travels to sites to better assist customers_
**Required Skills**:
- _Bachelor’s degree (Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering_
- _1 year experience in technical support desirable_
- _English (oral and written) highly desirable_
- _Proficiency in one programming language_
- _Computing, operational systems (Windows, Linux) (mandatory) o SQL Databases (mandatory)_
- _Mining Experience (preferred)_
