Sales Performance & Execution Senior Manager

This is a hybrid position.**The Position**
- The Sales Performance & Execution Senior Manager plays a strategic role in maximizing the performance of sales teams. The role bridges sales and marketing efforts to surpass goals, foster a culture of excellence, and drive innovation in sales team performance. Among your responsibilities will be:
- Manage actions and communication among teams such as Training, Events, Business Intelligence (BI), People & Organization (P&O), IT, and others, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Ensure that marketing and product strategies are clearly understood by sales teams and integrated into field activities.
- Analyse sales data, identify trends, and recommend improvements using dashboards, KPIs, Business Reviews with SF Leaders and monthly performance reports.
- Monitor and optimize sales processes, ensuring data quality and simplifying system and procedural implementation.
- Lead initiatives such as multichannel strategies, market segmentation, training, and sales execution projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- University Degree in Administration, Marketing or related areas
- Previous experience in sales/ marketing/ business performance management in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of process governance and data analysis tools to create insights for business decisions.
- Leadership and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- It will be considered as an asset if you have experience in strategic sales planning.
- Availability to travel (50% of the time)
- Fluency in Portuguese.
- Advanced level of English is expected.
