Minimum qualifications:

- 6 years of experience in digital marketing or business development/sales.

- Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently.

- Experience managing Sales Development or Business Development teams.
- Experience working across countries and teams.
- Experience in creating or defining Outbound campaigns.
- Experience in the Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) segment.
- Ability to use customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders and work effectively with global teams.

**About the job**:
The Sales Development team is a vendor-enabled sales program supporting the acquisition of new customers for Google Cloud. In partnership with Marketing, our business model involves driving quality sales pipeline through inbound and outbound channels. The team helps customers transform and evolve their business through the use of Google’s global network, web-scale data centers, and software infrastructure. As part of an entrepreneurial team in this rapidly growing business, you will help shape the future of businesses of all sizes using technology to connect with customers, employees, and partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with Marketing on launching campaigns, managing outbound prospecting, and qualifying inbound leads for Google Cloud products to generate opportunities for SMB sales.
- Manage programs with solid collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure sales development to drive a streamlined funnel across teams and alignment on go-to-market strategy.
- Ensure appropriate sales, product, and internal tools to meet and exceed quarterly goals.
