**Job Description Summary**: Responsável por atividades e processos que ajudam a garantir bons controles e governança dos canais parceiros e adicionalmente suporta a organização de vendas a atingir os objetivos de negócios.

**Papéis e responsabilidades**:

- **Recrutar novos parceiros de canal; avaliar e renegociar contratos com parceiros de canal existentes.**:

- **Desenvolver conhecimentos conceituais da própria disciplina. Desenvolver o conhecimento do próprio território de vendas, linhas de produtos, mercados, processos de vendas ou grupos de clientes. Pode incluir funções de suporte com experiência especializada ou conhecimento técnico em uma área ampla.**:

- **Aplicar conhecimentos gerais de negócios desenvolvidos por meio de educação ou experiência anterior. Compreender como o trabalho da própria equipe contribui para a área.**:

- **Resolver problemas usando procedimentos estabelecidos. Consultar o supervisor ou membros mais seniores da equipe para problemas fora das instruções/parâmetros definidos.**:

- **Colaborar com outras pessoas para resolver problemas. Para funções voltadas para o cliente, desenvolver fortes relacionamentos com o cliente e servir como interface entre o cliente e a GE. Trocar informações técnicas, fazer perguntas e verificar o entendimento.**

**Qualificações requeridas**:

- **Experiência básica em Vendas e Desenvolvimento de Canal. O nível de conhecimento é comparável a um diploma de bacharel de uma universidade ou faculdade credenciada (ou um diploma do ensino médio com experiência relevante).**
