Here at WGSN we have ambitious plans for 2024 and are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic, high-performing Sales team in Brazil/São Paulo. This role reports to the Head of Account Management, Latam, and is tasked to manage and support the growth of WGSN’s clients within beauty and fashion clients in Brazil. The role will use a consultative style to build key client relationships, identify business opportunities and manage a strategy to help achieve customer success & growth.This opportunity is ideal for a highly driven sales professional with solid experience within client facing positions. - Manage a large and strategic book of accounts to ensure the customer is delighted with the WGSN service and maintaining high renewal rates.
- Manage a 12-16-week sales cycle and follow a systematic approach to identify future opportunities, set expectations and plan for future client needs.
- Identify and close new opportunities from an assigned book of growth accounts across the beauty and fashion industry - drive all aspects and stages of the sale including; qualifying the viability of potential sales, delivering winning presentations, contract negotiations, legal and procurement discussions and managing the sales process through to its close.
- Deliver in-person presentations to senior contacts and assist in telling our story and pitching the WGSN value as it relates to each prospect in their industry markets
- Research contacts to get an understanding of their business needs and how WGSN will address their objectives and deliver value.
- Work alongside the Client Service team who will support the day to day needs of the client.

Skills, experience & qualifications required
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
- High knowledge of the beauty and fashion industry.
- A motivated, dynamic and self-driven individual who is confident and professional in approach with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- A demonstrable track record of sales success (selling subscription based-products and consultancy services).
- An understanding of how to communicate a service offering through proposals, presentations, phone calls and case study development - excellent presentation and negotiation skills are a must.
- Excellent organisation skills and sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to manage the Salesforce database, opportunity pipeline and lead cultivation, including a holistic overview of all outstanding communications and prospect relationships.
- Salesforce based CRM experience is a plus.
- Good IT skills (basic knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
