**About the team**:
TikTok's Content Vertical team sits within our Operations teams whose goal is to understand and champion the needs of our creators and communities and build a strong and trusted global brand that celebrates the diversity and creativity of our users & our platform. Our team vision is to amplify the power of our global community and to drive innovation that serves and connects our unique audiences, wherever they are.
The Content Vertical team is focused on delivering key strategic insights, managing local partners and creators and driving core initiatives to develop our diverse content ecosystem and to ensure the success of our creator communities and key partners across core pillars of Music, Entertainment, Sports, Gaming and Lifestyle & EDU.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portlio of Sports-related accounts including sports media partners, clubs, leagues, athletes, and other sports organizations.
- Capture the content trends within Sports (e.g Leagues, Clubs, Sports News, Athletes, etc), and provide strategic guidance, workshops, and support their growth.
- Establish strategic content partnerships and execution of content strategies to maximize engagement, reach, and growth for each account..
- Responsible for day-to-day tasks such as partnership operations and activations, relationship maintenance, educational material preparation.
- Resolving issues with and between content creators such as inappropriate or misleading content, or abuse of giveaways.
- Responsible for the operation performance of Content Creators, and assist their content performance in daily basis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure successful execution of initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience and understanding of the sports industry, including sports media, clubs, leagues, and athletes.
- Understanding of digital content strategies, social media and digital platforms, and audience engagement tactics.
- Account management skills and time flexibility
- Ownership to cover the whole partner and creator acquisition chain (pitch, acquisition, retention, partnership)
- Ability to execute strategies and plans according to management planning
- Strong communication and time-management skills. creative, and energetic.
