Team Overview:
The International Business Group of Didi Chuxing/99 is a multi-cultural team that seeks for the growth of the business in new and mature markets.

The Creative Strategists play a crucial role, to ensure that the paid media channels operate with the best creative content to generate growth in over 10 countries.

Working closely with advertising partners, analyzing data to generate insightful reports, defining strategies, and managing various communication channels such as Meta, TikTok, Youtube, Google and programmatic.

We are looking for an intern willing to gain hands-on experience in the creative and analytical aspects.

Role Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with advertising partners to develop effective creative briefs that align with our brand objectives and target audience.
- Support on the creation of reports to analyze the ads’ performance, identifying key insights and areas for improvement.
- Support in defining strategic initiatives to improve performance ads and drive incremental results.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and communication analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Support on stakeholder management and relationships with internal and external teams.
- Support on the management and performance of creatives across multiple channels, including Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and Programmatic platforms.

- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative ideas.
- Analytical skills to support on data interpretation and insights generations.
- Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- A good listener who can understand stakeholders' needs and concerns.
- Proactive and ownership-driven mindset, demonstrating a willingness to take initiative.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and understanding of their capabilities and trends.
- Organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
