About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Creative Strategist / Copywriter to join our Brand Team. As a Creative Strategist / Copywriter - Brand, you will play a key role in developing our brand strategy, brand voice, and creative campaigns. You will work closely with our Design, Content, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure our brand is consistent across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop our brand strategy, including yearly, quarterly, and monthly plans
  • Collaborate with the Performance, Growth, and Content team to create an integrated brand calendar
  • Conceptualize and ideate creative campaigns and initiatives
  • Craft best-in-class copy for various platforms and projects
  • Elevate our brand voice and ensure consistency across all channels
  • Champion storytelling and create captivating stories that connect with our audience
  • Grow awareness of the InfinitePay brand through creative ideas for earned, owned, and paid channels
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts

Requirements and Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in creative copywriting and brand strategy
  • Relevant degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly collaborative and self-directed
  • Native Portuguese speaker and advanced English
  • Experience with Payments / Financial sectors and retail is a plus
  • Proficiency in AI tools and platforms
