About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Creative Strategist / Copywriter to join our Brand Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing our brand strategy, brand voice, and creative campaigns. Your expertise will help us communicate our brand message effectively across multiple channels, driving engagement and inspiring action.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement our brand strategy, including yearly, quarterly, and monthly planning
  • Collaborate with our Performance, Growth, and Content teams to create an integrated brand calendar
  • Conceptualize and ideate creative campaigns and initiatives, working closely with designers and other creatives
  • Craft high-quality copy for various platforms and projects, including concepts, scripts for videos, activation ideas, innovation projects, and product launches
  • Elevate our brand voice by collaborating with internal teams to develop a distinctive and consistent tone
  • Champion storytelling by immersing yourself in our brand, products, and target audience to craft captivating stories that create a deep emotional connection with consumers
  • Grow awareness of the InfinitePay brand by thinking of creative ideas for earned, owned, and paid channels
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts, infusing your copy with innovative and relevant insights
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in creative copywriting and brand strategy in advertising agencies and/or comms and marketing departments
  • Hold a relevant degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly collaborative and self-directed
  • Native Portuguese speaker and advanced English
  • Experience with Payments / Financial sectors and retail is a plus
  • Proficiency in AI tools and platforms
