Ensures full adherence and integrity of business operation according internal / external requirements and standards. Role models our General Business Principles as a fundamental part of our behaviors and takes pro-active measures throughout Philips to ensure compliance with the GBP

**You are responsible for**
- E2E program manager F4G and Shaping the Future programs double hatting with BT role for LATAM- Drive and execute Cluster & Business strategies and improvement projects by working with key stakeholders from various internal partners.
- Ensure PD wide training planning / execution and mentor as the need arises by the internal partner organizations.
- Develop internal Lean & Problem Solving capabilities at all levels.
- Coach the organization on the consistent adoption of Lean behaviors & principles.
- Build a sustainable Lean organization by building the network of CI Agents within the organization.
- Deploy Daily Management and Problem Solving and execute Kaizens with teams throughout the organization according the Philips standard with the aim to drive business performance
- Lead a global team of Continuous improvement managers to drive for cluster & business goal achievement.
- Ensure linkage to enterprise level CI standards & CI community.

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**

- Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering or similar required with at least 10 years relevant working experience with Continuous Improvement (Lean, Agile and/or Six Sigma) in a transformation within large/sophisticated organizations.
- Ability to network and influence stakeholders in an international environment to achieve change and create impact in the organization.
- Experience in leading a global team of domain experts.
- Passionate about Lean & Problem Solving.
- Project Management & Change Management experienced (certification preferred).
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Experience in Market environment is a plus.
- Coaching experience.
- Able to work in a challenging, continuously evolving environment.
- Proficient in speaking and writing Business English
