JoomPro is a platform for cross-border wholesale trade. We aspire to create a new level of service in the wholesale purchasing market. We want to give everyone from anywhere in the world an opportunity to order goods from factories in China (and Vietnam, Bangladesh, Turkey in future) quickly, easily, and safely.

JoomPro is one of the key businesses of Joom, international group of e-commerce and fintech companies that was founded in 2016 in Latvia. Joom also includes four other businesses: Joom Marketplace, a platform for shopping from all over the world; Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany; Joompay, a fintech service for daily financial transactions in Europe; Joom Logistics, a business that provides logistics, technology and infrastructure services for cross-border eCommerce. Joom's offices are located in Latvia, China, Hong Kong, the USA, Germany, Luxembourg and Portugal.

We are looking for a proactive Partnership Business Development Manager to help us build important partnerships in the Brazilian market. In this role, you will help us grow, establish valuable partnerships and make a big impact on our business in Brazil.

**Responsibilities**
- Create a partnership strategy to expand our market share in Brazil
- Lead discussions with potential partners for mutually beneficial agreements
- Develop a referral and benefit program for JoomPro partners
- Build strong connections with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing team to set our goals

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of B2B e-commerce market in Brazil
- Proven experience in affiliate or partner marketing
- Strong negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and Portuguese

**Preferred**
- Experience witn cross-border e-commerce
