Job description
To take care of everything about office facility;
To be responsible for the SCBR company rules always up-dated and fit for the real activities;
To make best control of all company car related matters (maintenance, driving schedule, gasoline expense, drivers working hours, expenses, car replacement);
To manage all the subcontractors related to facility area (building, cleaning, reception, office supply, etc) and annual negotiation with them for cost, terms and condition;
To control the all fixed asset;
To visualize the all expenses in department, analyze and suggest cost reduction;
To improve office environment, facility complying to related regulation and law;
To develop the staff and motivate them and support Facility & IT Manager;
To provide suggestion and kaizen (improvement) proposal for better and efficient operation;
Hybrid work model.
Requirement Profile - Knowledge, Skills & Experiences
Advanced English is needed for daily communication and documentation;
**Academic background**: Higher education. (Administration, Engineering or related);
Experience in Facility and Administrative area in general;
Advanced Excel skill for management and data analysis;
Experience of contract negotiation with service providers and basic knowledge of contract term;
Leader-ship, facilitator-ship, teamwork, hands-on and process improvements.
