- We keep growing in Brazil, and right now we’re looking for a professional who will join our Business Development team This professional will be responsible for improving business performance aiming regional growth.

**Responsibilities**:
**What will you do**:

- Daily track of main business KPIs: identifying gaps/increases, generating insights/hypotheses & testing them aiming to improve general business performance
- Being responsible for the regional business growth considering two main KPIs: number of rides and revenues.
- Gather and analyze data using: Google Spreadsheets, tableau, swrve, and Data Studio.

**Qualifications**:
**What we expect from you**:

- Analytical mindset, experience in working and analyzing data
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Fluent English
- Experience in CustDev marketing research and field surveys
- Well-structured approach to problem-solving, ability to generate hypotheses and test them quickly.
- Goal-oriented, proactive with solid communication skills, and very self-dependent.
- Knowledge and experience in project management, business development, and/or product development
- Ability to conduct MVP
- Readiness for business trips inside the country (20-25%) and overseas (rarely)
- Experience in aggregators or marketplaces (B2C and B2B) will be a strong advantage.
