**Das erwartet Sie**:
We are looking for a Managing Director for one of our largest Local Sales Unit (LSU) in Brazil as of April 1, 2024. The position will be reporting to the Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing Fertilizer and will be based in Sao Paulo/Brazil. Brazil is already one of our most important markets today and will play a key role in implementing our corporate strategy and positioning our new product.
Your job will be:
- Managing the Brazilian LSU in alignment with corporate goals based on the group strategy.
- Taking responsibility for the economic success and strategic as well as operational management of the sales organization.
- Managing both functional and disciplinary personnel responsibilities.
- Development and implementation of a local sales and marketing strategy.
- Engaging in dynamic and results-oriented marketing and development of the product portfolio.
- Expansion of the complementary business to use synergies (local products / sourcing / sales)
- Leading volume and price negotiations.
- Maintaining and increasing customer satisfaction to secure sustainable sales.

**Das bringen Sie mit**:
- Several years of sales experience in the agricultural sector, ideally with leadership experience
- High commercial awareness and a strategic mindset
- Empathic, motivational, and persistent leadership skills
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Hands-on mentality and an agile way of thinking and acting; self-dependent and well-structured way of working.
- Ability to comprehend and adapt to challenging situations and different cultural perspectives.
- Sales business affinity and knowledge (commodity and specialty fertilizer business)
- Fluent English mandatory and Portuguese highly appreciated, German language skills would be a Plus.
- High willingness to travel.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, Business, Agronomy or a related major
- Working experience abroad or/and in intercultural teams
