Senior Revenue Operations Specialist

**This is a remote job for applicants in Brazil.**
This role and our broader RevOps team is incredibly cross-functional and central to the overall performance of the organization: actively driving our business strategy by collaborating across Rocket.Chat with all departments. Specifically, partnering with the Sales, Product, Community, Customer Experience, Support, Operations, and executive management teams to drive our go-to-market sales functions and key results.
This role reports to the Manager of RevOps (part of the Operations team)
**Your skills**
- Graduated in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or similar.
- 4+ years in Sales Administration / Operations
- Experience with Sales performance, process metrics and data analysis
- Experience with designing processes
- Experience working with sales and external customers or in support of different business units and geographies, in order to support them
- Experience in supporting the sales team on a daily basis regarding new business, systems, processes and questions (deal desk)
- Experience with basic Agile methodologies.
- Fluent in English.
- Solid process orientation: You are a process geek, you love designing them, improving them, and continuously working to improve them.
- Outcomes driven with an extremely analytical & data-driven DNA.
- Strong spreadsheet skills (manipulating data sets, building pivot tables, spotting trends/patterns in data to synthesize valuable insights).
- Excel across a few key competencies and attributes needed to succeed in this role: Resiliency, Problem-solver, and Hustle.
- Coachability, Analytical Thinking, Time Management, Active listening, Effective communication and Negotiation skills are essential for this role.

**What you'll do **‍**
- Own the planning and execution of key initiatives (from start to launch and maintenance).
- Quality Control - Ensure that the flows and systems for the selection stage are reflecting the business rules together with the business systems team
- Deliver effective training modules and user guides for Sales team
- Work in a cross-functional position for process optimization and revenue generation leading since process design to KPIs
- Serve as a sales intelligence ambassador.
- Building and maintaining a regular cadence of data reporting/reviews of our sales and revenue performance data (to provide leadership with timely and actionable insights).
- Manage and administer compensation plans for revenue generating roles.
- Develop and maintain the sales productivity stack for Sales.
- Helping to build and develop a "deal desk" function - a strategic commercial capability to maximize the proposal positioning, quoting, configuration, and value capture workflows.
