The Head of Marketing will kick-off and define our brand value and positioning, with a sharp orientation to go from execution to strategy.
**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Create Floki brand identify and everything connected to it
- Build and manage the team
- Develop and manage partnerships
- Support client acquisition initiatives
- Execute offline initiatives and brand activations
- Help to shape up and evolve our customer journey
- Think outside the box to help us grow
**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Prior people management experience (ex: from sales to tech to operations)
- Working at top startup during late SEED / series A phase
- With marketing and brand initiatives
- Implementing and managing strategical scalable programs
- Idealizing, testing and launching new initiatives
- Working with technology products and with squads of technology in startup companies
