What we are looking for:

We are seeking a high-caliber professional for the position of Head of Marketing, capable of elevating our market presence and driving Bipa’s growth. The ideal candidate will be a visionary strategist with a deep understanding of the Bitcoin and fintech ecosystems and exceptional leadership and execution skills. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that align with Bipa's mission and values. They should have the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and impactful messaging for our target audience, while leading a dynamic, results-oriented marketing team.

To succeed in this role, you will need to excel in cross-departmental collaboration, from HR to Product, with the ultimate goal of driving sustainable growth and maximizing customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the Marketing team by setting clear goals and promoting a high-performance, continuously innovative culture.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to expand Bipa's reach and solidify our position as a Bitcoin market leader.
  • Develop and manage the annual strategic marketing plan, including action calendars, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Define and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximizing ROI.
  • Implement data-driven marketing methodologies, leveraging advanced analytics to guide decision-making and optimize campaigns.
  • Lead market research initiatives and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
  • Develop and oversee customer loyalty programs to enhance retention and customer lifetime value.
  • Work closely with the Product team to align marketing strategies with the development roadmap, ensuring successful launches.
  • Establish clear KPIs for all marketing initiatives and implement robust monitoring and reporting systems.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Represent Bipa at industry events, conferences, and media engagements, strengthening our positioning as a thought leader in Bitcoin.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships to expand brand reach and explore new customer acquisition channels.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy focused on financial education and Bitcoin knowledge.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality educational content in various formats (articles, videos, podcasts, infographics, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal and external experts to produce relevant, accurate content on Bitcoin, personal finance, and blockchain technology.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with influencers, educators, and institutions to expand the reach of Bipa's educational content.
  • Implement metrics to assess the impact and engagement of educational content, adjusting the strategy as needed.
  • Ensure that educational content aligns with Bipa's brand strategy and supports the company’s position as a thought leader in the sector.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. An MBA or postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally in fintech or Bitcoin sectors.
  • Proven track record of developing and successfully executing marketing strategies that drive significant revenue and customer growth.
  • Deep knowledge of the Bitcoin ecosystem and cryptocurrency market, with the ability to communicate technical complexities to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with expertise in data analysis tools and the ability to turn insights into strategic actions.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, ASO, programmatic media, content marketing, and social media management.
  • Strong understanding of performance-based marketing, with experience in optimizing conversion funnels and customer acquisition metrics.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in executive presentations and strategic content creation.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and presentation tools (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Agile and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing, constantly changing environment.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and advanced English skills. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
  • Genuine passion for Bitcoin and disruptive financial technologies.
  • Proven experience in content marketing strategy development and execution, preferably with a focus on financial education or technology.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible, engaging content.
  • Experience managing content creation teams and collaborating with subject matter experts.
  • Understanding of the educational needs of the Brazilian audience regarding personal finance and Bitcoin.
