Principais atividades:

- Coordenar os experiências digitais de atendimento (Portal do Cliente LATAM, Telegram, Blip, Chatbot), expandir sua utilização, reduxir "churn" através de um excelente "human/user experience"
- Coordenar imersões com os usuários das experiências digitais, entendendo sua jornada e as dores, e propondo iniciativas para sempre inovar e melhorar a experiência
- Liderar o SQUAD, projetos e iniciativas, fornecedores para implementar com sucesso, velocidade e assertividade as novas funcionalidades
- Criar um roadmap estratégico de médio/longo prazo com um portfolio de projetos e iniciativas que busquem manter a empresa sempre atualizada nas melhoras práticas de produtos digitais
- Coordenar os gastos mensais aos fornecedores dos sistemas de Customer Care, realizar o exercicio de budget e ASR
- Criar, analisar e reportar as métricas de Customer Care LATAM através de Data Analytics (PowerBI, Datalake)

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência robusta em desenvolvimento de soluções digitais com foco em atendimento ao cliente
- Formação superior completa
- Imprescindível espanhol intermediário
- Desejável inglês avançado
- Conhecimento em PowerBI
