
Sales Manager

1. Market Expansion & Client Management for Chemical Construction Materials (Rubber Powder, Cellulose Ether,HPMC/HEMC/RDP)
2. Achieve the sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
3. Promote and provide technical support for the company's chemical construction materials (Rubber Powder, cellulose ether, etc.).
4. Client Training & After-Sales Service:
5. Provide product training to clients to ensure correct usage.
6. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and resource sharing.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Chemistry, Construction Materials, Marketing, or related fields. HPMC/HEMC/RDP preferred.
2. Work Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales within the construction materials or related industries. Experience in selling Rubber Powder, cellulose ether, or other chemical construction materials is preferred.
- Familiarity with the Brazil construction materials market and customer demands; industry connections are a plus.
- Dow Chemical,WACKER ,ELOTEX preferred.
3.Skills:
- Strong market analysis and customer communication abilities.
- Negotiation skills with the ability to close deals independently.
- Good teamwork and cross-department collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is a plus.
