Estamos em busca de um(a) Arquiteto(a) ServiceNow para atuar em um projeto estratégico, com foco em arquitetura de integrações e soluções voltadas para eventos críticos e sistemas complexos.

🎯 Responsabilidades

Definir arquiteturas de integração e soluções para eventos, garantindo escalabilidade, alta disponibilidade e resiliência.

Liderar processos e diretrizes para fluxos de eventos, incluindo integrações com outras plataformas, assegurando performance e escalabilidade.

Tomar decisões estratégicas sobre melhores práticas de integração e gerenciamento de eventos, garantindo soluções robustas, seguras e alinhadas à arquitetura global da empresa.

Gerenciar equipes técnicas na implementação de soluções, promovendo inovação contínua e melhoria nos processos de monitoramento e gestão de incidentes.

Assegurar a interoperabilidade entre ServiceNow e ferramentas externas, criando um ecossistema ágil e eficiente para gestão de eventos.

✅ Requisitos

Experiência avançada em arquitetura técnica, com foco em performance e resiliência.

Vivência sólida em soluções de integração voltadas para eventos, em ambientes de grande escala e alta resiliência.

Experiência avançada em App Engine, incluindo desenvolvimento de aplicativos de missão crítica e customizações complexas.

Profundo conhecimento em Flow Designer, com capacidade de definir e implementar arquiteturas otimizadas para grandes ambientes.

Expertise em eventos, escalabilidade e integração de sistemas críticos.

Habilidade de liderança, definindo diretrizes de performance e escalabilidade em todas as soluções.
