What You'll Do - The "Whole Brain" Approach: Identify and engage B2B stakeholders who have great "Left Brain" solutions but lack the "Right Brain" storytelling to make them resonate. - Consultative Growth: Navigate the space between Understanding X Belief. You will listen to a client's needs and translate them into creative opportunities for our team. - Strategic Outreach: Research and connect with Director and VP-level leaders who are looking for a partner that can understand the nuance of their offering, and translate it into great storytelling and compelling materials. - Drive Deals: Lead the pursuit of new business. Who You Are - Balanced: You possess the "Left Brain" discipline to manage a sales pipeline and the "Right Brain" intuition to read a room and pivot a conversation. - Experience: 3-5 years relevant experience - A Natural Storyteller: You don't just "pitch"; you build a narrative. - Entrepreneurial: You thrive in a start-up environment where you help write the rules and your impact is immediate - English Speaker: Some of us do speak Portuguese, but English is the language for our work and our clients.
