As a Consumer Insights Manager, you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights and ensuring a holistic understanding of our consumers by analyzing and integrating insights across all company departments. This cross-functional approach will be essential to uncovering and addressing the full spectrum of consumer behavior, preferences, and needs, enabling strategic decision-making and driving business growth. You will conduct research (T&A, qualitative, and syndicated tools like Nielsen, IRI, and Mintel), collaborate on stakeholder reports, act as a liaison with business partners, and represent the "voice of the consumer." Additionally, you will lead and develop pricing strategies to optimize the product portfolio and meet business goals.
