Overview

We’re looking for a Billing & Customer Support Specialist 💼 to join our team In this role, you’ll handle billing processes with precision 💳 and provide outstanding support to our clients, many of whom are navigating challenging immigration journeys 🌍

The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and reliable, with a background in accounting 📊, experience in customer support 🎧, and sensitivity to the unique needs of immigration-related matters ✨.

✨Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and follow up on pending invoices, outstanding balances, and payment reminders for clients.

- Provide constant support and assistance to clients with billing inquiries and financial obligations, ensuring deadlines are met.

- Maintain accurate records of billing transactions and client communications.

- Collaborate with organizations offering loans to assist clients in financial planning.

- Leverage technology to enhance the billing process, including the use of case management software.

- Communicate effectively with clients in both Spanish and English, understanding their unique challenges and providing empathetic support.

- Act as a liaison between clients and our firm, ensuring clear communication and resolution of any billing issues.

✨Requirements:

- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

- 3 years in accounting, particularly in billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

- Previous experience in a professional office environment, ideally in customer support roles. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive client interactions with empathy and professionalism.

- Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Excel or similar tools.

- A positive attitude to contribute to a supportive work environment.

- Experience in the legal or immigration sector.

- Familiarity with MyCase or similar case management software.
