1. 制定渠道销售策略,达成公司渠道销售目标。
2. 开拓新渠道,管理现有渠道,确保渠道资源的最优化利用,提高销售渠道的覆盖面和市场占有率。
3. 对渠道进行有效管理和督导,设定绩效考核标准并监控执行。
4. 分析市场并对竞争对手进行调研,预测市场动向,制定相应的销售预算和计划。
5. 协调内部的跨部门合作,确保销售活动的顺利开展并达成销售目标。
6. 建立和维护与渠道客户的合作关系,建立长期战略伙伴关系。
7. 参与制定产品推广计划,负责渠道前期市场调查、推广方案的制定、实施和效果监测等工作。
职位要求:
1. 具备本科以上学历,市场营销或相关专业背景。
2. 具有5年以上渠道销售或相关领域从业经验,有丰富的团队管理经验。
3. 具有卓越的市场分析能力、策略制定能力和决策能力。
4. 具有卓越的沟通能力和协调能力,能够建立和维护良好的客户关系。
5. 具有较强的商业敏感度和市场洞察力,善于把握市场需求和趋势。
6. 具备优秀的团队管理能力和协调能力, 能够激励和带领团队高效完成销售任务。
7. 具备良好的英语、中文听说读写能力。
