Missão do Cargo: Será responsável por gerenciar o relacionamento com os clientes, entendendo suas necessidades, apresentando soluções SAP que agreguem valor ao negócio, coordenando esforços internos afim garantir a satisfação e o sucesso do cliente. Principais Responsabilidades: Realizar reuniões para apresentar a empresa, entender as demandas do cliente e identificar oportunidades de melhoria com soluções SAP. Oferecer suporte consultivo, validando processos e apresentando demos personalizados para o cliente. Preparar e apresentar propostas comerciais, acompanhando o cliente para esclarecer dúvidas e negociar condições. Coordenar demandas internas, garantindo o suporte necessário de outras áreas para atender às expectativas do cliente. Gerir o ciclo contratual, desde a elaboração até a aprovação e assinatura dos contratos. Registrar e atualizar informações no CRM e na ferramenta Hub Spot, garantindo rastreabilidade e organização. Requisitos: Superior completo em Administração, Engenharia Industrial ou áreas afins Experiência com software de agroecossistema (desejável). Conhecimento em SAP (diferencial). Boa comunicação, organização e proatividade. Habilidade com ferramentas de CRM, como Hub Spot. Requisitos técnicos: Visão de negócios Conhecimento do processo comercial da empresa Treinamento de Pré-venda do Portal da SAP Treinamento de Vendas do Portal da SAP Pacote Office Inglês intermediário & Espanhol intermediário (desejável) Competências: Planejamento e Organização Habilidades de Comunicação Habilidades Interpessoais Trabalho em Equipe e Colaboração
