Role Overview The Customer Service & Sales Associate supports sales representatives and manages customer relationships while driving outbound lead generation and recurring revenue growth.This position blends inside sales, customer service, and proactive outreach —perfect for someone who is energetic, disciplined, and skilled at building rapport over the phone.
