At HYPR, we build decision infrastructure grounded in real economic activity. We're looking for a People Business Partner with a strong focus on People Analytics to bring the same level of rigor to how we make people and organizational decisions. This role exists to connect workforce data to business outcomes — not to run HR rituals. What you'll do Build, monitor and analyze people analytics metrics (headcount, turnover, performance, engagement, cost and productivity) Develop dashboards and analytical outputs to support leadership decision-making Partner with leaders to provide data-driven insights on team structure, performance and efficiency Connect people metrics with business metrics such as revenue, delivery and growth Support performance cycles, feedback and development processes with analytical inputs Identify organizational patterns, risks and opportunities through data Work closely with leadership, finance and operations to ensure alignment between people, cost and strategy What we're looking for Experience in a People Partner, HRBP or similar role with strong exposure to analytics High analytical capability and comfort working with data, spreadsheets and metrics Business mindset and ability to translate data into clear recommendations Clear, objective and evidence-based communication Autonomy, ownership and strong organizational skills Nice to have Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau or similar) Background in tech companies, startups or high-performance environments Exposure to performance management, compensation or org design analytics This role is for people who trust data over assumptions and focus on real impact rather than process for process' sake.
