Airswift is seeking a Spoolbase Operations Coordinator to work on a permanent contract in Rio de Janeiro with a major Oil & Gas Company. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES   Coordinate the receipt, storage and delivery of materials within the deadlines agreed with internal stakeholders of the Project and the Base; Manage the base's inventory, ensuring the availability of resources necessary for the progress of operations; Coordinate equipment logistics and define a receipt plan based on the availability of the base (interface with stakeholders); Coordinate loading of equipment and materials on vessels, which includes planning/management of materials to be shipped per trip and interface with vessel engineers; Prepare Cargo Manifest of loa-outs and backloads of vessels operating at the base; Responsible for Contract Verification, Analysis of Daily Operation Reports x Invoices (control of diesel supply of generators, machines, etc.); Participate in the issuance of internal procedures that aim to standardize work routines and especially those related to material operations within the base; Plan, prepare and execute port calls of vessels with shipping agencies and other suppliers inherent to the entry and exit of vessels; Develop scope of work and lead operations for waste management of vessels, supply, water supply, material disposal and road transport; Issue, when necessary, invoices for cargo handling and load-out of equipment; Participate in the process of contracting outsourced services inherent to the Base's logistics operations; JOB QUALIFICATIONS   Complete graduation Capacity to work in dynamic environments Ability to work on tight schedules Advanced to fluent English Solid knowledge in offshore operations, spoolbases or remote bases.
