Regional Workforce Administration Manager Employment Type: Full TimeLocation: Brazil Remote Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking anexperienced, strategic Regional Workforce Administration Managerto join ourWorkforce Administration (WFA)team. This person needs to be familiar with I-9 (Employment eligibility verification) and US Workforce processes asides from local Workforce Administration. The ideal candidate must be strong in deploying inhouse strategies regarding employee files, benefit administration among others. You will beleading and optimizing the delivery of retained Workforce Administration services across a multi-country region, ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and a high-quality employee experience. What You'll Do In this role, you will: Leada regional team of 4 to 10 Workforce Administration professionals, providing coaching, managing performance, and fostering continuous professional development. Overseeall retained WFA services and, for regions outside of North America (NAM),manage Benefits Administrationto ensure processes are properly documented, executed, and compliant with all local government regulations. Drivecontinuous service delivery improvement by identifying opportunities, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy, and collaborating with regional leaders on transformative projects (e.g., migrating administration work from other HR teams). What You'll Bring The ideal candidate will have: 7+ yearsof proven experience in HR operations, HR Shared Services, or Workforce Administration, with a strong focus on a multi-country or international environment. 2+ yearsof experience in people management, including leading, coaching, and managing the performance of direct reports. In-depth knowledgeof HR compliance requirements, employee data reporting, and Benefits Administration principles across Latam and North America.
