Position Overview: As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, and other channels to generate leads, close deals, and build strong customer relationships. This role is ideal for someone who is goal-oriented, persuasive, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. Key Responsibilities: Make a high volume of outbound calls and emails daily to generate new business. Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and follow up on prospective clients. Present and sell company products/services to new customers. Maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities using (CRM Tool, e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to refine outreach strategies. What we are looking for: Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (1+ years preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
