Service Manager – Oracle Retail Inicio: Imediato Alocação: 1 mês Atuação: 3x por semana em São Paulo / SP ou Curitiba / PR Contrato: CLT Inglês: Avançad O que buscamos?Buscamos um Gerente de Serviços – Oracle Retail altamente experiente para liderar a entrega de serviços, atividades de transição e prontidão operacional em ambientes de varejo corporativos. Este profissional gerenciará a transição das fases de projeto para operações estáveis, garantindo governança, desempenho, comunicação e continuidade de serviço em conformidade com o ITIL e as melhores práticas do setor. Responsabilidades e atribuições: Liderar a transição do projeto para a operação, garantindo que toda a documentação, processos e recursos estejam prontos para a entrada em produção. Atuar como principal ponto de contato entre as equipes de projeto, operações e stakeholders de negócios, garantindo comunicação clara e resolução de problemas. Definir e implementar planos de suporte pós-produção, incluindo gerenciamento de incidentes, escalonamentos e monitoramento de desempenho. Garantir a conformidade com os SLAs e KPIs estabelecidos, reportando métricas continuamente e impulsionando melhorias nos serviços. Coordenar atividades de treinamento e transferência de conhecimento para equipes de suporte e usuários finais. Gerenciar riscos e desenvolver planos de contingência para garantir a estabilidade durante e após a entrada em produção. Mais informações serão fornecidas durante a entrevista técnica.
