UCAM Universidad Católica de Murcia is expanding its global footprint—and Brazil is key. We're looking for a Country Manager to represent UCAM in Brazil and lead our growth across student recruitment, academic partnerships, and corporate collaborations. If you love building markets, opening doors, and creating impact in international education, this role is for you. What you'll do Be UCAM's voice and face in Brazil Act as the university's senior representative in the country Build strong, long-term relationships with universities, institutions, and decision-makers Grow partnerships & business opportunities Develop academic agreements (dual degrees, mobility, research collaborations)Build and manage B2 B and corporate partnerships Lead negotiations and close high-impact agreements Drive student recruitment Lead UCAM's recruitment strategy in Brazil Manage agents, partners, and the recruitment funnel Support students throughout their journey (program choice, visas, scholarships, accommodation) Build the brand Strengthen UCAM's visibility and reputation in Brazil Coordinate marketing, PR, events, and alumni engagement with our HQ in Spain Shape the future Provide market intelligence and strategic insights Support long-term growth initiatives and new opportunities in the region What we're looking for 5–10+ years' experience in international education, higher education, executive education, or B2 B development Proven experience building partnerships and managing senior stakeholders Strong commercial and strategic mindset Comfortable working autonomously in an international environment Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields MBA or Master's degree is a plus Languages English: C1 (mandatory)Portuguese: native or fluent Spanish: a strong plus
