Job Overview

Main Responsibilities

  • IDentify needs for new products and features, aligning them with internal, market, and customer demands.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and ensuring alignment with company strategy.
  • Conduct regular discovery and continuous discovery to evolve functionalities, products, and platforms based on external and internal mapping.
  • Deliver clear, concise user stories and epics, design user workflows, and map interaction data.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clarifying product or feature questions, including changes during development.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of requested features, avoiding conflicts with existing features or past requests.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team on RESTful APIs, events, microservices, and cloud architecture.
  • Perform SQL queries, extracting information from databases without consulting the engineering team.
  • Lead discovery to delivery of products and features, ensuring quality and requirement deliverables.
  • Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders, making trade-offs to achieve strategic company objectives.
  • Cultivate strong communication skills to listen to and communicate client needs and priorities.
