Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Mathematics Teacher. This role involves delivering high-quality education to students, implementing the curriculum, and using the SABIS teaching methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Discuss disciplinary and student performance issues with the Academic Quality Controller (AQC) and head of department (HOD).
  • Implement the point system to ensure a conducive learning environment in the classroom.
  • Support academically low-performing students to improve and become motivated to reach their potential.
  • Develop and/or follow external exams preparation by going through past papers as planned in the structured revision schedule.
  • Aid in duties such as testing children, substituting for absent teachers, organizing children for lunches and buses, controlling traffic, and other administrative tasks assigned by school management.
  • Prepare and participate in activity plans for student life events such as art, open house, and physical education, in coordination with the student life coordinator.
  • Attend training sessions when needed to enhance understanding of the SABIS system and improve performance.
  • Perform other related tasks or projects as delegated by school management.
